Experience

Ms. Drakou has experience in the set-up of corporate structures, corporate re-organisations, set-up of complex investment holding companies, liquidations, drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as Citizenship applications by Investment. She also handles court applications related to corporate procedures under Cyprus Companies Law.

Career & Position

Before joining our firm Ms. Drakou worked in a Russian Legal and Financial Consulting company as a corporate lawyer and in a local law firm specialising in civil and criminal litigation as a trainee lawyer.
