Ms. Anemomylou advises on a wide range of corporate, banking, and finance matters. Her practice includes general corporate law matters, day to day management, administration of companies, and transactional legal work.

Career & Position:

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Anemomylou worked in a local law firm with a focus on banking and finance. During this time, she represented both local and international financial institutions, as well as international law firms, in complex debt financing transactions. Her expertise includes syndicated and bilateral corporate financings, corporate restructurings, acquisition finance, and secured lending. She also has experience with Greek bond loan transactions involving Cypriot entities.
