Experience

Ms. Stylianou has extensive experience in corporate structuring, e-business, mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, company re-domiciliations to and from the Republic of Cyprus and the provision of company services and corporate governance. She also specialises in insolvency and restructuring work and supervises the liquidations practice of the firm. Most of her M&A and finance work involves cross border deals primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. She has also participated in IPO transactions in the US. 

Career & Position                                        

Ms. Stylianou is a partner of the firm. Before joining the firm she has worked for many years in a local law firm specialising in civil and criminal corporate litigation.
