Ms. Neophytou has extensive experience in Litigation, the set-up of corporate structures, corporate re-organisations, set-up of complex investment holding companies, liquidations, drafting and reviewing legal documents. She also handles court applications related to corporate procedures under Cyprus Companies Law.
