Position

Ms. Achillidou has extensive experience in the set-up of cross-border corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, set-up of complex investment holding companies, drafting and reviewing legal documents, corporate administration and trust services for Cyprus and other companies in other jurisdictions and litigation of commercial and corporate disputes. She also has significant experience in Cyprus tax matters. Her clients consist mainly of industrial and commercial businesses active in Greece, Romania, Israel and the Middle East. In addition Ms. Achillidou is an accredited mediator and certifed negotiator and insolvency practitioner.

Career        

Ms. Achillidou is a senior associate of the firm. Before joining our firm she worked in a law firm in Thessaloniki, Greece specialising in civil and criminal litigation, family law, corporate and commercial law.
