Experience

Ms. Zachariou has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations, both at the local and cross-border level. She is also involved in the formation and administration of Cyprus companies, corporate governance matters, and the drafting and review of legal documents. In addition, she assists with company liquidations and supports the preparation of court applications under Cyprus Companies Law.

Career & Position

Before joining our firm, Ms Zachariou completed her legal training at a local law firm in Cyprus, where she was exposed to both corporate matters and litigation procedures. She also gained practical experience in dealing with clients and legal documentation.
