Experience

Ms. Anastassiou is one of the founders of and a senior partner in the firm and specialises in corporate and commercial law, asset and project finance and capital markets. She has wide experience in structuring and negotiating complicated cross-border transactions including private equity and VC deals, restructurings, acquisitions and complex financing transactions. Her clients include many institutional groups, foreign state institutions, banks, international law firms and listed companies. She has worked on and led many large and well publicized M&A and IPO deals worth cumulatively several billion Euros across several industries including energy, high tech, commodities, retail, banking and finance, internet and electronic commerce. She has extensive experience with cross border transactions with Russia, Poland, UK, US, India, Israel and Middle East and other Eastern European countries. 

Career & Position

Ms. Anastassiou is a senior partner in the firm. She started her career working with a leading law firm specialising in intellectual property where she headed the Trade Marks Department. She then joined one of the largest law firms in Cyprus where she was the head of the litigation department. She heads both the corporate and M&A and bank financing departments of the firm.
